Loss Mitigation Programs

• Loss Mitigation Guide - ORICS has developed a loss mitigation guide to assist you in your loss mitigation efforts. This guide provides benchmarks for ORICS' loss mitigation options, such as loan modifications and short sales, on insured loans. A lender must obtain prior written consent from ORICS before implementing a loss mitigation option for any insured loan.
