Old Republic Credit Services (ORCS) is the leading national provider of customized mortgage credit products and services. ORCS credit reports are tailored to an organization's unique needs and are generated by an advanced, high-volume web application environment, which seamlessly integrates into the existing processing system. Clients receive instantaneous in-file and merged reports, online customer service and email notification with complete ease of connectivity.

ORCS offers an online Report Center where clients can order new reports, make supplement requests and directly access most recent orders.  A FACT Act score disclosure can be printed with every credit report and reports can be ordered in English or Spanish with the click of a button.

Clients also benefit from services including portfolio review, employment and background screening, resident screening and 3 Repository Rapid Resolve for bureau scoring. ORCS is an approved credit services provider for Fannie Mae's Desktop Originator and Desktop Underwriter as well as Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector and interfaces with the leading Loan Origination Systems.  Data is retained, protected and archived onsite by state of the art firewall technology, and all products are delivered in an equally secure manner.
