Overloan requests up to $50,000 require an application and credit report.

Loans of $50,000 or more require a verification of income and a property value document (AVM, appraisal, etc.) as may be applicable, in addition to the application and credit report.

If the borrower is self-employed, two years tax returns are also necessary.
